We provide Advice and Support on Bearded Irises – In addition to providing top quality Award Winning British Bearded Irises, we are pleased to offer a range of extra services/support for our customers.

Iris Advice

This extends to providing general advice about plant selection to planting programmes and also planning, delivering and sometimes planting a new iris border. Explore our iris advice.

Talks

We are happy to arrange talks to Garden Societies and other specialist groups which are proving to be increasingly popular. We have limited opportunities for customers to visit our gardens. Find out more about our talks and visits.

Partner Gardens

We also work with other organisations who have agreed to Display our Bearded Irises. We have Display Gardens at Doddington Hall, near Lincoln, at Newnham College in Cambridge, The Old Vicarage Garden at East Ruston in Norfolk and at Abercamlais in Powys. Read about our partnerships.

Irises as Cut Flowers

For the past few years we have been developing links with Flowers from the Farm , the leading UK cooperative that promotes the use of British home grown cut flowers. We are keen to champion the use of our own Bearded Irises as Cut Flowers and are working closely with Daisyworks, an established specialist British grower of cut flowers near Newark.

Gifts

We offer Gift Vouchers for the discerning gardener or for that special occasion. These have proved to be particularly popular and I know are much appreciated by the lucky recipient.

Name an Iris

We have a few opportunities each year to name an iris.  We insist on using only high quality irises and this limits the numbers available. The process is not entirely straightforward, it takes time and is expensive; it also provides something precious, personal and of real beauty that will endure and last for years and years.
